All of our candles are handmade and shipped with proper burning and safety instructions. Please burn all candles within sight and be sure to trim your wick before initial use and in between each burn.
By purchasing our candles, you agree to follow all recommended safety guidelines for proper candle burning and safety instructions thereof. Also, by purchasing our candles you release any and all liability from Kentucky Candle Company and any of its members, for any and all damages caused by failure to follow proper candle burning guidelines and safety instructions.
Please note that we use natural Soy Wax for our Candles and Wax Melts. Soy Wax is Natural. Frosting, discoloration and rough tops are completely normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the candle.
We ship within the United States only. Please be advised that some items may not be eligible for shipping in the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. For any orders which include items ineligible for shipment in the preceding destinations a full refund will be given back to the customer.
Although processing time and shipping may be sooner, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
If we experience a delay in shipment or an item is on backorder you will be notified immediately via the email address you provided when you placed your order.

We accept most returns up to 14 days after date of delivery as indicated by the designated shipping carrier. Any request for a return must be emailed to kentuckycandleco@gmail.com detailing the request and reason for a return. All items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for return.
This is also a 7-day service period: where any reports of damage, defect, missing items/missing parts, incorrect item(s) received, etc. must be sent to kentuckycandleco@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Any shipping damages must be reported within 7 days after delivery. Please send photos of damages and packaging to kentuckycandleco@gmail.com

Buyer's remorse is not eligible for any cancellation, return, refund or credit.
All approved returns will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be issued back to method of original payment.
Gift cards, items on “sale”, and any electronic downloads are not eligible for refunds/returns/cancellations.

We do not print your credit card number on your invoice, so if your shipments are ever lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address, your card number will not end up in someone else's hands!
